Nominating Committee
This Committee is comprised of the nominating Chairperson and two additional members. They will be appointed for one year by the Executive Board and cannot be current Executive Board members.
Their role is to solicit nominations for any officer vacancies on the Board and manage the process during the specified time frames. The Nominating Committee shall follow the HSA By-Laws (download below).
