Weekly Envelopes Communication between the school office and the parent body is facilitated through the weekly communication envelope. This envelope is distributed to the student body on Thursdays and given to the youngest child in the family.Our parents/guardians are asked to remove and read the contents of the envelope, initial the outside of the envelope and return it and any other papers on the following day. In addition to school-related information, the communication envelope is also used for notices from the Home School Association, the Parish's Religious Education office, and for community events and programs like the New Providence Recreation Department.
